I've been using this storage facility off and on for the last 10 years. My experience here is always been very positive. This is my go-to storage when I've needed it. Andy, Matt, Mike, and as of late..Bill, have been exemplary to work with. A very secure and guarded facility. I have and will continue to recommend it. have

We have been customers for years now and one of the reasons is the customer service. Andy has always been very friendly and knowledgeable and today we got to also work with Michael - they made a great team! We stay with Taylor Storage because of the pricing, cleanliness, and safety. (Heck even the bathroom was spotless today!) I highly recommend this facility for all of your storage needs.

When I moved all my mom’s stuff here it was a difficult time. It’s been there for far too long so I’m finally emptying it out. I just wanted to let people know that if you’re looking for a place to store whatever, this is the place to come to. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Everyone I’ve ever had contact with are friendly and helpful, but Andy shines out just a little more. Maybe it’s the accent but it’s also the customer service 🙂

I had the best experience at Taylor Road Storage and with Andy! I had many balls in the air with friends who I allowed space in my unit yet coudn't find the time to get their stuff and family that was too busy to help. Meeting times that were scheduled and rescheduled as I kept Andy in the loop because I was checking out of my unit became an absolute pain I'm sure. But he was so very kind and helpful as I manuevered thru the hassles and he made sure I was able to check out on time. Thank you Andy, I couldn't have done it with out you.
